2. Under EU consumer protection rules, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:
a) services fully performed with the User’s explicit consent;
b) goods or content produced according to the User’s specifications;
c) delivery of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium.
§2. Refund Eligibility
